About Yoshpe Group

Yoshpe Group is a leading urban renewal initiation boutique company that develops unique Pinuy Binuy projects. Having focused its activity on a limited number of projects in the central Israeli cities and the cities located in the Gush Dan Area, the company’s owners and managers have the opportunity to oversee every aspect of each project. Yoshpe Group is one of the few urban renewal companies in Israel that successfully completed and delivered numerous demolition and new construction projects, maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. In addition, the company is promoting many projects which are currently at advanced permit and execution stages.

Over the years, the company has focused on the cities of central Israel and Gush Dan, with the main focus being on projects in Tel Aviv. This focus enables the company to create “expertise” in the areas where it operates, including the complex bureaucratic, logistic, and municipal proceedings in these geographical areas of operations. The focus enables the company to manage the operations and the projects closely to guarantee the quality of the planning, the construction level, and the service. Combined with Yoshpe’s extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of leading real estate projects, and the expertise of its managers, Yoshpe has been able to initiate and establish quality projects and see them through to completion, incorporating management skills, careful planning, uncompromising execution, and optimization of licensing processes. Yoshpe Group was established in 2013 and is managed by the brothers Sharon and Oren Yoshpe, who oversee every project the company undertakes in all its aspects, down to the smallest detail. Yoshpe Group believes in remaining strictly focused, and accordingly, it limits the number of projects that it builds at any given moment, as it prioritizes the quality of the service that its customers receive, ensuring involvement down to the smallest detail and execution at the highest level. In addition, Yoshpe Group has proven strong finance capabilities, and it is not dependent on external capital providers, and accordingly, the group’s customers benefit from security, certainty, and peace of mind throughout the entire project. The company specializes in the field of luxury residences, and recently, alongside boutique buildings, it has brought its expertise to larger Pinuy Binuy complexes.
