Hay Nahmias Group, the brainchild of entrepreneur Hay Nahmias,. The group, which enjoys strong financial strength, is responsible for initiating, planning and construction of iconic projects that change the face of the real estate map across the country. The basis of its activity is the highest contractor classification C-5 unlimited. Under the umbrella of the group, specialized arms operate that together create a full-service envelope at the standard of a one-stop-shop. The group’s experienced execution arm is responsible for the construction of thousands of housing units while the High Cranes division provides advanced lifting solutions with cranes that are used in all of the group’s projects and are leased to companies all over the country. The company is promoting the planning and execution of about 25,000 new units in projects The activity is spread across key demand centers alongside developing areas, including cities such as Ashkelon, Eilat, Herzliya, Tirat Carmel, Nesher, Haifa, Krayot, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and more.
Projects
Herzliya, 9 Ahad Ha’am - In the heart of one of Herzliya’s most sought-after and green neighborhoods, at the corner of Ahad Ha’am and Yigal Alon streets, a luxury boutique-style residential project is planned to be built that will replace an old three-story building The new project will rise to six typical floors and a terraced roof floor and will include 49 housing units in a wide and meticulous mix of spacious garden apartments, 4 and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses and luxury penthouses on the upper floors that were planned to the smallest detail.
Ramat Gan - HIGH project in Pisgat Efal is part of the flagship program of the Ramat Gan Municipality for the construction of the Tel HaShomer South neighborhood – the “New City”, which covers an area of 560 dunams and includes about 3,000 housing units intended to house about 12,000 residents. As part of the project, two 9-story residential buildings with about 70 apartments will be built above a boutique shopping center. The project is located at the intersection between Ramat Efal and Kiryat Ono, Tel HaShomer Hospital and Highway 4 (Mesubim junction) and offers its residents a green and accessible quality of life, in close proximity to educational institutions, employment, culture and leisure centers in the heart of Gush Dan.
Petah Tikva - JOZEF project in the heart of a quiet and green neighborhood in Petah Tikva, Hay Nahmias Group has successfully completed the construction of an elegant boutique project that is already populated by its tenants and enjoys a vibrant community life. The project offers a diverse mix of 3, 4 and 5-room apartments alongside spectacular penthouses, all with meticulous architectural planning and a particularly high level of finishing. The neighborhood derives its name from a rich history of vineyards and wineries and is planned as a green lung with a spacious park on an area of 450 dunams, public gardens, bicycle paths, educational and community institutions, commercial and leisure areas – all within walking distance. The neighborhood is home to the flagship project High Park – a prestigious residential complex with 11 towers that includes hundreds of housing units in a diverse mix of 3-6 room apartments, garden apartments, penthouses and luxury apartments. The apartments benefit from particularly rich technical specifications, upgraded kitchens, a tenants’ club and a storage room for each apartment. Harish - In the city of Harish, the capital of Israeli families, Hay Nahmias Group leads two major projects . Kiryat Ono – Name A large-scale and groundbreaking project that includes a residential tower alongside an office and employment tower – The first and largest of its kind in the city of Kiryat Ono – with a spectacular open view of the Tel Aviv skyline. The project is located near Bar Ilan University and on the main traffic arteries of the Tel Aviv metropolitan area in a particularly strategic location. The project contains about 400 square meters of commerce and about 42,658 square meters of offices. The complex is planned as a mix of commerce, employment and offices on a total area of about 8,000 square meters and includes two buildings of 7 and 12 floors above 2 floors of underground parking. The project attracts interest from large companies and institutions in the economy and is considered the largest and most innovative employment and commercial project in the city of Rosh HaAyin to date.
Sea&Wine Center – Ashkelon At the foot of the three 18-story residential towers in Ir HaYayin neighborhood of Ashkelon, the first and largest commercial complex in the area will be built.
