Nahmias Group is a privately-owned construction and development group which is owned by Klod Nahmias and was founded in 1994. the group initiates and executes a variety of residential, commerce, office and hotels projects.
Klod Nahmias has longstanding knowledge and experience and is personally involved in the company’s day-to-day conduct. Klod is active in the initiation, the planning, accompanying the execution process, the administrative management and in the design which is eminent in all of the projects. The group benefits from financial strength and is renowned for the highest construction standards and is even one of the very few companies in Israel which builds residential towers with more than 45 stories. Nahmias Group is currently demonstrating an ongoing growth momentum and is active in the cities of Ashdod, Tel Aviv, Ramat Hasharon, Ramat Gan, Beit Dagan, Petach Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Modi’in, Rehovot, Yavne, Givat Shmuel, Ashkelon, Netanya and Gedera.

The Group’s Departments

The group includes seven departments under the direct leadership of Klod Nahmias, the chairperson and owner, and managed by CEO Itzik Uzan, and CEO Yahav Finkelstein. The group’s departments work with a fertile cooperation that creates a professional synergy comprising a leading level of execution, compliance with the schedules, attentive design and financial strength, that lead to the group’s success.
The Development, Marketing and Sales Department
The department is managed by Haim Cackon, the deputy CEO. Haim leads a team of skilled and knowledgeable salespersons who operate the group’s sale offices, and offer the customers purchasing options and solutions for any issue. The group believes in providing long-term service and therefore the salespersons accompany the customers from the purchasing until the apartment delivery and even afterwards.

The Finance Department

The department is entrusted with managing the financials of the entire group, including the accountants, the bookkeeping department, the residents accounts and accounts that manage: suppliers, execution, procurement and salaries. The department maintains continuous cooperation with Israel’s largest banks, insurance companies and financiers.

The Engineering Department

This department is divided into two geographic areas which are managed by Kobi Socital, the southern project manager, and Ben Bar, the northern project manager, who lead together a detailed and meticulous planning for the projects that the group executes. The project management teams, the worksite managers, the architects and the consultants are entrusted with building the various projects, with attention to the execution level and compliance with the schedules from the beginning and until it is delivered, at the highest level of quality, to the group’s customers.

The Execution Department

The execution subsidiaries “Bar Yam Execution and Construction (2003) Ltd.” and “K. 26 Execution and Construction Ltd.”, which have a contractor classification of C5 (the highest classification in Israel), are private companies of the group which are owned by Klod Nahmias. These execution companies execute all of the group’s projects in a broad range of complex and impressive projects: upscale residential neighborhoods, towers that rise to heights of about 160 meters (some of the highest in Israel), designed boutique buildings, as well as commerce centers and advanced office centers. The execution companies demonstrate high capabilities that integrate managerial and engineering excellence, advanced construction methods, strict attention to safety issues and uncompromising service and quality, with an emphasis on high-quality residential construction, the group’s core operation and source of pride.

Architecture and Interior Design

At the group’s disposal are the best architects, interior designers and professionals who are committed to excellence and attention to the large and finer details – in every stage of initiation, planning and construction. Inter alia, the group integrates private swimming pools in a variety of projects of the highest standards.

Business Development Department

This department includes a team of marketers, architects, legal counselors and finance professionals, who specialize in R&D with a emphasis on achieving an maximal fit for the target population in the apartments’ planning and design, and the purchasing budget. In addition, the department supports the acquisition of lots for construction and development of Pinui-Binui and asset-swap (“combination”) transactions.

Urban Renewal Department

The urban renewal operations are concentrated at a dedicated urban renewal department and are managed by the Deputy CEO Shuki Ziso brigadier general (ret.), who heads the headquarters and coordinates all of the processes – from locating the projects, the feasibility checks and the planning, through accompanying the longstanding residents and handling all of the issues that such projects entail. The department’s management and business methodology led the group to become one of the few companies in Israel that execute an 846 apartments residential projects, in the “Palm Towers” project on the waterfront in Ashdod, in five 29-story buildings, in the framework of Ashdod’s first Pinui-Binui Project and one of the largest of its kind in Israel.
