Claude Nahmias, Chairman and Owner

Group Divisions
The Group is structured as a leading real estate conglomerate headed by Claude Nahmias. Its structure is based on seven professional divisions that operate in full synergy, in-house, thus enabling complete control throughout the entire value chain, as of land acquisition to key delivery. The productive collaboration between the divisions underpins the Group’s financial resilience, adherence to strict timelines, and its renowned uncompromising execution standards.
The Development, Marketing, and Sales Division
This division specializes in direct engagement with purchasers and investors and is responsible for end-to-end personal accompaniment. The professional sales team supports clients from the initial inquiry stage, through purchase and financing solutions, and up to delivery and post-occupancy customer service. The division conducts market analysis and strategy, tailoring the precise real estate product to the changing residential needs, with an emphasis on a holistic living experience. The division operates nationwide, with sales offices staffed by highly knowledgeable professionals, who are located at all project sites across the country.
The Finance Division
The solid financial backbone responsible for the Group’s stable financial standing for decades. This division specializes in budget management and control, including comprehensive financial management encompassing accounting, bookkeeping, and residents’ accounts with full transparency. It manages relationships with the financial system, including ongoing work with banks, insurance companies, and major financing institutions in Israel, in order to ensure closed bank financing and Sale Law guarantees.
The Engineering Division
This division serves as the planning and supervision arm, entrusted with transforming architectural vision into top-tier structures. It specializes in geographic management divided into activity regions in order to enable close engineering oversight and quality control across multiple sites simultaneously, as well as detailed planning and leadership of complex planning processes in collaboration with consultants and architects.
The Execution Division
The Group’s execution division ensures full executional independence through the private construction companies “Bar Yam Execution and Construction (2003) Ltd.” and “K.26 Execution and Construction Ltd.”, owned by Claude Nahmias. These companies hold a G5 contractor classification, which is the highest professional classification in Israel, thus allowing the execution of projects without scope limitation. Expertise in high-rise construction enables the building of luxury towers reaching approximately 160 meters in height, as well as complex commercial centers.
Architecture and Interior Design
A combination of functionality and meticulous aesthetics in every project, with an emphasis on experiential planning, in light of the collaboration with Israel’s leading architectural and design firms. This creates high standard residential spaces, with an emphasis on premium specifications, including the integration of unique elements such as private swimming pools on balconies and significant environmental development.
The Business Development Division
The strategic arm of the Group, responsible for identifying opportunities and expanding the Group’s asset portfolio, engages in research and development (R&D), including economic and planning feasibility studies for new lands and their alignment with target budgets, strategic transactions, and, inter alia, the promotion of land acquisitions, combination transactions, and mixed-use complexes.
The Urban Renewal Division
This division serves as a central growth engine, responsible for evacuation-reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) and TAMA 38 projects at national standards. Among its activities, the division manages the full range of processes, from site identification to actual execution, including legal and planning support, resident and community accompaniment, with an emphasis on trust-based relationships and personalized responses to the needs of long-standing residents. The Group’s pioneering role in the field is reflected in leading large-scale projects nationwide, including the “Palm Towers” project in Ashdod (846 residential units).
