Yud Gimel Tzrifin school in Rishon LeZion - This project included the construction of a 42-classroom school, in addition to an auditorium, a library and a laboratory building, as well as special air conditioning and electricity systems that are in accord with the strict standards of green building. The complex is located upon 11,000 sqm., and the development work, which was also performed by Aneis, on 10,000 sqm. NIS 58 million were invested in this project, and its work was finalized 3 months ahead of its schedule.

60 Junior High School project in Kfar Saba - This project included the construction of a school that consists of 27 classrooms, in addition to an auditorium, a library and a laboratory building, and special air conditioning and electricity systems that are in accord with the strict standards of green building. The complex is located upon 6.4 thousand sqm., and the development work, which was also performed by our company, on 5,000 sqm. NIS35 million were invested in this project. All the work was performed during a mere 11-month period, from the day of receipt of the warrant to commence construction, until the actual delivery of the entire project.

Herzog Education Complex, Kadima-Tzoran - This Complex in Kadima-Tzoran includes a school with 36 classrooms, an auditorium, a community center, development work, and a sports hall, spread over approximately 25,000 sq.m. in the complex’s area, and 10,000sq.m. inbuilt area. The value of the Herzog Education Complex, Kadima-Tzoran project is approximately NIS 44,000,000.

Tayibe Country Club - The country club project in Tayibe, which the company constructed, is a complex that includes a half Olympic-size swimming pool, and more. The project’s value is approximately NIS20 million. The Tayibe Country Club project considered to be one of the leading projects in the Arab sector, and serves as an example for similar projects which are currently being constructed.

Herzliya Sports Center - The Herzliya Sports Center project includes a half Olympic-size swimming pool on a high finishing level.

Public buildings, BeZavta Neighborhood, Harish - As a part of the expansion of Harish, Aneis is constructing several projects in BeZavta neighborhood, which is managed by Shapir Engineering company. Aneis executed several various projects, which included the construction of a HaYodea school in lot 206 and 14 kindergartens. The school consists of 18 classrooms, a library and a laboratory building, and special air conditioning and electricity systems that are in accord with the strict standards of green building. The complex is located upon 2.5 thousand sqm., and the development work, which was also performed by our company, on 4 thousand sqm. NIS 35 million were invested in this project.
