About K. Ofek Holdings Urban Renewal Ltd.
Building a Home with the Right Partner
With over 30 years of experience, financial stability and uncompromising excellence, at Ofek Holdings we know how to turn every project into a true renewal.
Ofek Holdings is a family company that specializes in urban renewal projects in Gush Dan, Central Israel and the Sharon with an expertise in projects focusing on Pinui-Binui and demolition-reconstruction. We escort the entire process from project signing with the landowners to the delivery of the apartments., and beyond. As an entrepreneurial company that executes by itself all stages of the project, we provide the tenants a peace of mind, full transparency and a remarkable final outcome. At the head of the firm stand Koby Ofek – member of the board of the Contractors Association in Tel Aviv, and his son Daniel Ofek, the CEO of the company, who lead together the activity while combining family values, business vision, high standard and operational innovation.
Management and Execution in the Highest Standards
We do not compromise. Each project at Ofek Holdings is managed and executed according to the highest standards in the field: professionalism, meticulous planning, lavish specifications, high-quality materials and personal service all the way. The company operates under a C-5 contractor classification and executes dozens of projects in central Israel - in demand locations where the value of the real estate rises persistently. In addition, we own a foreign manpower corporation, that operates under full regulation, that enables us to have full control and supervision on all of the stages of the execution.
Financial Resilience, Operational Reliability
The company’s financial strength and the vast experience in working with the largest banks in the market ensure a safe management of each project, with closed bank accompaniment. Our staff comprises engineers, architects, accountants, and lawyers who personally oversee every project - from the phase of planning and until end of the inspection period – while maintaining quality, schedules and reliability.
Residents as Journey Partners
We regard the apartment owners as full partners to the process. Every project is managed with transparency, attentiveness and real cooperation – because that is the only way you create a quality living experience and a house you can be proud of.
Ofek Holdings – Our Projects. Your Home.
