Mizrachi & Sons Group marks 68 years of activity. Since 1958, the Group has built thousands of residential units and properties for housing, commerce, offices, craft, and industry across Israel. The Mizrachi & Sons Group includes several companies: development companies, construction companies, and real estate holding companies. Throughout the years of its activity, the Group has delivered projects in residential, commercial, office, industrial, and craft sectors, and more recently has also entered the hospitality sector. To date, the Group has completed over 15,000 residential units nationwide, approximately 800,000 square meters of commercial, industrial, and office space, with an additional approximately 360,000 square meters currently in planning. The Group is owned by the Mizrachi family, has extensive experience, and is managed by Roni Mizrachi, his children, and the children of his late brother, Avraham Mizrachi (ZL).

The Group is currently building and planning more than 3,900 housing units and buildings for commercial, industrial, workshop, hospitality, senior housing, and office uses. Since its establishment, the Group has built and continues to build in cities and local councils across Israel, including: Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Ramat Hasharon, Rishon LeZion, Holon, Rehovot, Ashdod, Bat Yam, Ness Ziona, Gan Yavne, Netanya, Kannot, Beit Dagan, Herzliya, Or Yehuda, Yavne, Zikhron Ya’akov, Hod HaSharon, Ramat Gan, Even Yehuda, Ra’anana, and Givat Shmuel.

Leading Projects in Planning and Execution

Bat Yam – “Bat Yamon Complex” (under construction): A 12-dunam site including 30,000 sqm. commercial center, a 14,000 sqm. senior housing, a 136-room hotel, and a 47-story residential tower with 170 units, totaling 120,000 sqm.
Bat Yam – “City Center” (In development stages): A 16-dunam site planned for 260,000 sqm. project, including 4 towers of 50 stories each above 2 commercial floors, with 600 residential units, a hotel, assisted living, and office space.
Bat Yam – “Park Gan Ha Omanim” (In development stages): Two 50-story towers above 2 commercial floors, including 200 residential units, a 240-room hotel, 9,000 sqm. of senior housing, 9,000 sqm. of office space, and 8,000 sqm. of commercial area. The complex also includes a 4,000 sqm. sculpture and art garden.
Bat Yam - “Sea Line” (under construction): Located in “Park Ha-yam” neighborhood in Bat Yam. A seafront project including 2 buildings of 25 stories each, with a total of 192 residential units and a total built area of 45,000 sqm.
Bat Yam – “Atelier” (prior to permit approval): A mixed-use project including residential, commercial, and office spaces, totaling 6,000 sqm.
