Sela Binui was founded in 2002 and serves as the real estate division of the Amnon Sela Group. The Company develops, markets, and constructs real estate projects in multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, and office projects in Israel and worldwide. The Company specializes in identifying and securing land and lots with significant entrepreneurial potential and implementing advanced construction methods while maintaining values of quality and excellence.
This, besides the extensive experience it has amassed over the past two decades, is translated directly into spectacular multibillion-shekel projects that include thousands of housing units and hundreds of thousands of square meters of commercial and office space. The Company is active across Israel in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Jerusalem, Herzliya, Haifa, Rishon LeZion, Ashdod, Netanya, the Krayot, Nahariya, and elsewhere.
Sela Binui’s Sela+ customer service department provides close support to the Company’s customers throughout the entire purchasing process. Sela+ adheres to the highest standards of timeliness and professionalism, performing comprehensive tests and providing personalized service. With Sela+, Sela Binui can provide a comprehensive package, from purchasing and planning to handover.
In addition, Sela Binui has a dedicated department responsible for urban renewal - “Sela B-New.” As part of its urban renewal activities, Sela Binui renews senior residential structures, including improving and strengthening public areas and infrastructure. During the process, “Sela B-New” provides professional support to the project’s residents at every stage, even before and after handing over the key.
Sela Binui’s subsidiary Sela Construction serves as the Company’s project execution arm. It holds a C-5 contractor classification, a safety star, and the ISO’s 9001, 14001, and 45001 Standards. Sela Construction is recognized for its excellence in quality construction, meeting time schedules and maintaining “green” construction and safety principles, thanks to its highly qualified staff.
Sela Binui’s subsidiary, Sela Reality, serves to invest, initiate, and manage projects in the field of rental properties. Among the projects managed by Sela Reality are commercial centers, office buildings, senior centers, and industrial and logistics complexes.
Another Sela Binui subsidiary is Sela Cranes, a tower crane and construction equipment company. Sela Cranes’ fleet includes dozens of new, innovative tower cranes, used both in the group’s activities and by its partners and customers. The Company has established an array of engineering planning, services, operations, and maintenance systems, and its fleet of cranes will double over the next few years.

Key Residential Projects

The New Ramat Efal mega project – including New Ramat Efal and Nof Efal - Including New Ramat Efal and Nof Efal—is a landmark project in Ramat Gan that offers 1,000 housing units in three luxury complexes in the prestigious Ramat Efal neighborhood. The first complex is sold out, and marketing of the other complexes will soon begin. They are being designed by Miloslavsky and Pivko, one of Israel’s best architectural offices.
UPTOWN, mega project in Kiryat Bialik – The most significant mixed-use complex in Israel’s North will be built in Kiryat Bialik according to Master Architect Avner Yashar’s design and will include eight towers of 50 floors with over 130,000 square meters of employment and commercial space, alongside 1,000 housing units. The project will include a shopping center, entertainment, and leisure complexes of some 20,000 square meters.
DOWNTOWN, Tel Aviv – This flagship project in Tel Aviv, designed by Gidi Bar-Oryan Architects, will include a 30-story office and commercial towers and a 20-story residential tower. The project will be in the heart of a vibrant and creative business district.
