Zeitouni Group is a segment-leading construction group, uniting several construction companies. More Than 30 Years of Success

Zeitouni Group has more than 30 years of professional experience in the Israeli real estate market. During its 3 decades of operations, the group built more than 3,000 apartments, some of which were built in cooperation with the company of Moshe and Yigal Ginadi. The group has a track record of numerous proven successes across all of the stages of the construction process, starting from locating the plots, through an optimal planning of the project, the approvals and permits proceedings, the execution of the actual construction works and the process of selling the apartments, up to the registration of the apartment in the land registration chambers. Notable Projects

Zeitouni Park Hayam, Bat Yam: the neighborhood of Park Hayam in Bat Yam redefines the concept of seaside luxury residences in central Israel, as the sea becomes a significant part of its residents’ everyday lives. The neighborhood is characterized by a unique design, that integrates a magical beach, green gardens along a long promenade, and shopping, leisure and entertainment centers. The project includes two 29-story luxury towers with an innovative architectural planning, an attentive finishing level and a unique design. The towers have the best location in Park Hayam, at the head of a breathtaking row of towers which is spread across a green park and in front of the sea’s blue view. The project offers a mix of 3,4 and 5 room apartments and upscale penthouses.

The project’s residents would benefit from a unique multi-purpose lounge that would include work and seating areas, a joint space for residents’ meetings and an area for holding events. One of the neighborhood’s prominent advantages is the planned advanced transport arteries and the connection to the future light rail line.

The Eco Project in the Alterman Complex (IDC) Herzliya: a developing upscale residential area where you would be able to benefit from well-developed community services. This complex covers the area between the streets of Alterman, Jabotinsky and the Jewish Brigade, and is the pinnacle of Green Herzliya and the most sought-after residential location in the city. • Eco Green Kfar Saba: an upscale residential complex at the heart of Israel’s first-of-its-kind green neighborhood, with 32 diverse buildings with 520 apartments and a great emphasis on environmentally-friendly construction materials and the homogenous integration of the complex into the neighborhood.

• Eco Green Neve Oz, Petach Tikva: a project with 101 apartments in two buildings (13/15-stories), with a view of the neighborhood’s green park and its surrounding open spaces. The project includes large and spacious luxury apartments with a lavish spec, and upscale mini-penthouses and penthouses.

• Eco Kfar Ganim, Petach Tikva: a unique residential project which is designed purely on a quality-of-life concept, and includes a 14-story tower and three 10-story buildings with 159 spacious 5/6-room apartments with a lavish spec, and duplexes with a spectacular view.
