Zeitouni Group has more than 30 years of professional experience in the Israeli real estate market. During its 3 decades of operations, the group built more than 3,000 apartments, some of which were built in cooperation with the company of Moshe and Yigal Ginadi. Zeitouni Park Hayam, Bat Yam: the neighborhood of Park Hayam in Bat Yam redefines the concept of seaside luxury residences in central Israel, as the sea becomes a significant part of its residents’ everyday lives. The neighborhood is characterized by a unique design, that integrates a magical beach, green gardens along a long promenade, and shopping, leisure and entertainment centers. The project includes two 29-story luxury towers with an innovative architectural planning, an attentive finishing level and a unique design. The towers have the best location in Park Hayam, at the head of a breathtaking row of towers which is spread across a green park and in front of the sea’s blue view.
