Israel Canada Hotels develops, builds and operates a variety of hotels in prime locations in Israel and abroad – from urbane boutique hotels for businesspersons to indulgent hotels for families. In April 2025, the company completed the acquisition of the operations of Braun Hotels. Following the merger, the company owns, operates and/or manages 3,650 rooms, and the company’s EBITDA is expected to grow from about NIS 54 million in 2024 to a level of about NIS 85 million per year.
Property Management
City Hall, a subsidiary of the group, was created to manage Israel Canada-owned properties and related assets, supporting the group’s strategy that focuses on enhancing the customer experience.
