Ram Aderet Group is one of the country’s oldest and most stable engineering and construction groups.

The group was founded in 2000 and has a C5 contractor classification - the highest contractor rating that allows it to build on any type or financial scale. Ram Aderet won 5 safety stars rating in the Israel Builders Association’s program, and the Excellence in Construction Awards for 2021.
The group includes several active divisions, engaged in the initiation, planning and execution of complex projects in real estate and civil engineering. It is known for its financial strength and quality construction.  Across all of its projects, customers enjoy a high level of construction, quality architectural design and environmental development, as well as tailored and high-quality technical specifications. It has positioned herself as one of the leading groups in Israel over the past decade because of its uncompromising professionalism and extensive experience. Its scope of activity includes about 10,000 housing units. In 2022, Menora Mivtachim Insurance Company entered as a partner in the Ram Aderet Group, holding 20% of the company’s shares, and in the past two years, Ram Aderet has successfully completed three bond issuances.
The group is currently undergoing impressive growth and holds a portfolio of approximately 4,300 residential units in various stages of planning and construction. The group is led by managing partners Rami Basirtman, and Doron Nimrod.

Development - Ram Aderet Megurim Ltd. - Ram Aderet’s clear advantage in the residential sector lies in its comprehensive project management throughout all stages - from initial development, through planning and construction, to marketing and final handover - all under one roof. The company’s clients benefit from the courteous and professional service of its various departments: the Quality Control Department oversees execution at every stage; the Customer Relations Department supports buyers from the moment the contract is signed until they receive their keys; and the After-Sales Service Department continues to provide support throughout the warranty period - and even beyond.

Urban Renewal - Tnufa Bair Ltd. - The group operates in this field through its subsidiary “Tnufa Bair”. The company has significant experience and many years of knowledge in urban planning and construction. Using these, it can design both classic and complex boutique projects of an intimate nature. Several of the company’s projects have already been occupied to the satisfaction of tenants.

Execution Contracting - Ram Aderet Civil Engineering Ltd. - Over the years, the company has received authority and classifications allowing it - legally and professionally - to carry out projects with unlimited financial scope subject to the strictest requirements in the construction industry. Establishment of Architectural Icons

Over the years, Ram Aderet Group has been involved in the initiation and execution of residential complexes and the leading and sought-after neighborhoods in Israel and is accountable for the construction of some of the most important architectural icons and public buildings established in recent years. Some of these projects include The Ullman Center at the Weizmann Institute; the Holon Theater; the Velodrome Stadium in Hadar Yosef, Tel Aviv; the International Center for Pediatrics; and many others.
In 2021, it was honored with prestigious awards in the Excellence in Luxury Construction competition organized by the Israel Builders Association, receiving distinction in the Public Buildings category for the Velodrome cycling stadium project in Hadar Yosef.

MY ADERET, Carmei Gat – A modern residential complex consisting of 6 boutique buildings, each 9–10 stories high. This is the group’s second project in the neighborhood, due to the high quality of life that Carmei Gat provides its residents. This is the Ram Aderet Group’s second project in Carmei Gat, following the success of the first and reflecting the group’s confidence in the neighborhood.

Aderet Jerusalem, Giv’at HaMatos – The flagship project of the new neighborhood, the first to be built in Jerusalem in decades, adjacent to Gilo, Gonen, and Talpiot. The project includes three residential complexes with 12 buildings totaling 342 housing units in a varied mix. Each building is equipped with two elevators and private parking for every apartment. The new neighborhood offers strong value appreciation potential, two future light rail stations within walking distance, and a uniquely Jerusalem-style quality of life.
