Nof Hagalil – a part price-per-occupant, part free market project in partnership with America – Israel Company, including 195 residential units.

Givat Zemer – 30 residential units in 3 buildings, located in the Givat Zemer neighborhood of Haifa.

Zalman Shneur – an advanced urban renewal project on Zalman Shneur Street in Haifa (via designated project company), including approx. 100 residential units. The company is currently examining engagement in additional development projects of the Group, including urban renewal, residential and occupational development.

Minrav Project – four, 8-story buildings with 88 residential units in Rishon Lezion and two additional buildings with 99 residential units in Be’er Ya’akov.

72 Yehuda Halevi St., Tel Aviv – a 7-story residential building with 38 units, including automatic (robotic) underground parking lot and 5 basement levels, all using the top-down construction method.

Glil Yam Herzliya Project – a luxurious project with 59 residential units and two basement levels in two, 9-story buildings.
