I Wishahi Construction Ltd. was established in 1993 by Adv. Ismael Wishahi as a private company. Mr. Wishahi is a certified construction engineering technician and a graduate of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. After working on numerous construction projects for a decade, he founded his own private company.

I Wishahi has been involved in the execution and construction of a wide range of projects throughout Israel.
Over the years, the company has earned a reputation for quality construction, reliability, and financial strength, and has completed complex projects for many of Israel’s leading companies and organizations. The company owns construction equipment, including cranes and lifting equipment, and holds land reserves.
I Wishahi is registered with the Registrar of Contractors as a recognized contractor and holds a G-5 classification, including classification for government projects, as well as ISO 9002 certification from the Standards Institution of Israel.

The company’s headquarters are located in Jerusalem and employ 20 staff members. I Wishahi also works with numerous subcontractors and service providers.
The company is currently engaged in a variety of projects across Israel, acting as a developer in some projects and operating through public tenders in others. The company also performs construction work for some of Israel’s leading organizations and companies, including Shikun & Binui, Belilius Group, Azorim, B. Yair, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, and others.

Selected Projects

Residential Construction: The company is currently constructing approximately 200 residential units in Jerusalem and is expected to commence construction of 155 residential units and commercial space in the Ein HaTechelet neighborhood of Netanya.

Recently Completed Projects

The company has delivered 188 residential units in Shoham for Azorim, 141 residential units in the Argaman Towers Project in the Moreshet neighborhood of Modi’in (self-developed project), 68 residential units in the Moradot Gilo Project in Jerusalem, and 32 residential units in a project located at 9 HaHIM Street, Katamon, Jerusalem.

Projects as a Developer

Together with a partner company, I Wishahi developed and delivered a project comprising 265 residential units in the Moreshet neighborhood of Modi’in.

In addition, the company is currently carrying out excavation and shoring works for the Ein HaTechelet Project in Netanya and is awaiting a building permit for a development project comprising 155 residential units and commercial space in the Ein HaTechelet neighborhood.

Adv. Ismael Wishahi – Chairman & CEO

Adv. Ismael Wishahi has been a certified construction engineering technician for more than 30 years and serves as a certified arbitrator on behalf of the Israel Engineers Association.

He is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration, and a graduate of Bar-Ilan University, holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Law. In addition, he is a graduate of the Technion School of Practical Engineering in Haifa.
Adv. Wishahi is a practicing attorney and serves on the boards of directors of government-owned companies.
