About Levinstein Group

Levinstein Group began its way in 1945 by the late Mr. Meshulam Levinstein, one of Israel’s first civil engineers. The group is nowadays one of Israel’s leading construction and development groups. The Group’s operations include the initiation, construction and development of commercial, hotels, industrial, offices and residential buildings, including urban renewal projects in which the Company is considered as one of its leaders. In 1970, Meshulam Levinstein’s son, Civil Engineer Shaul Lotan, joined the Group and has been serving as its CEO ever since. In 1982 Levinstein went public and was listed on the TASE. The Group has been operating for over 75 years, benefitting from financial strength and a constant increase in its operations and asset worth. In 2017, the Group established “Levinstein Nativ Engineering and Construction Ltd.” which strengthens its execution activity in which it executed several new complex projects, including the Spirala Tower in Tel Aviv which will rise to 350 meters, the Icon Tower in Ramat Gan, an addition of 12 top-floors to the Gibor Sport House Tower in Ramat Gan, an office building in Ra’anana, Eden Tower in Bat Yam, hotels, etc.

Levinstein Properties

In 2010, the Group conducted an IPO for its subsidiary, Levinstein Properties Ltd., which is active in yielding producing properties, including the initiation, construction, renting out and management of such properties. The rent from these assets serves as a solid financial base for a stable cash flow.

Main Yielding Properties

Levinstein Tower, Tel Aviv: A 33-story tower with about 34,000 sq.m of office spaces. The Group owns about 14,500 sq.m that are rented out to Bank HaPoalim’s Business Division, high-tech companies, law firms, and more.
Discount Tower, Tel Aviv: A 31story tower with about 32,000 sq.m. Half of the building resides the headquarters of Israel Discount Bank. The Group’s floors are rented out to embassies, tech companies, investment companies, law firms and more.
Yokneam High-Tech Park, Yokneam: A 26,000 sq.m. building, 50% of which are held by the Group, which resides the headquarters of J&J’s “Biosense”, tech companies, etc. Atrium, Modi’in: The Group holds 50% of the “Atrium” 8,000 sq.m. project, Located in the heart of the new Modi’in Industrial Park.
Levintech in Kfar Saba Hayeruka: At the entry to Green Kfar Saba, between Sderot Menahem Begin and Neomi Shemer streets, The Group is building a 7 story complex on approx. 10,000 sq.m. of commerce and offices, above an underground parking with 200 parking spaces.
Levinstein Clal Be’er Sheva: In cooperation with Clal Insurance and Finance, promoting a 31,000 sq.m. office and commerce project, a 19 story tower with rental offices, and a building for the use of Beer Sheva Municipality, in addition to a building designated for parking. This project follows two of the Group’s projects in Beer Sheva (“Lev HaCity” and “Levinstein Solog”).
Levinstein Lasser in Pardesia: The Group, in collaboration with Lasser company, is constructing 15,000 sq.m. of a logistic building that includes one of Israel’s most advanced egg sorting and distribution complexes.

Residential Projects

The Group develops and constructs hundreds of new apartments annually in projects nationwide, including private lands, Israel Land Authority tenders, both regular and “Mehir Lamishtaken”, and urban renewal projects – pinui binui projects, whether a sole building or complexes of hundreds of residential units. The Group is promoting over 8,500 residential units. The Group’s projects include Sede Dov: In the new Eshkol neighborhood, located in a demanded area, facing the park and the sea, the Group with Mivne & Allied, will build 230 units, covering 4,600 sq.m.
Yafo Tel Aviv: In cooperation with Elad Residences and Z. Hammerman, will build a unique project in Tel Aviv with about 630 units.
The Old Central Bus Station: Levinstein Properties and Shikun & Binui Real Estate acquired the mythological Tel Aviv compound. The Companies’ share in the project is expected to be 1,200 units and about 160,000 sq.m. of commercial and office space. A cultural plaza will be built in the compound which will include the new residence of Batsheva Dance Company and The Light Rail Green Line is expected to pass there.
58 HaMeri St., Givatayim: A boutique 7 story building with 20 units at the highest location in the city near the observatory at the top of Kozlovsky hill (the highest in Dan Region, rising to 87 meters).
HaTzuk Towers, Netanya: 218 units in two upscale 26/31 story tower by the Group and Magil. The buildings are built in a unique, new method with improved acoustic and thermic insulation, preventing water damage.
Poalei Hanamal Complex, Tel Aviv: Approx. 427 units in seven new 9 story buildings will be built in Ibn Gabirol St. replacing 154 units that will be demolished.
Connect, Herzliya on the corner of Ramat HaSharon: Approx. 662 units and 5,000 sq.m. of commerce in 3, 25 story towers, as well as lower buildings, replacing 224 units demolished in a pinui-binui project.
Adirim Rama Complex, Neve Sharet, Tel Aviv: Approx. 445 units in 2, 30 story towers and 2 lower buildings replacing 173 units demolished in a pinui-binui project.
Bet Horon Complex, Ramat Gan: Approx. 343 units replacing 118 units demolished in a pinui-binui project.
Tel Mond: Approx. 670 units in 9, 10 story buildings, replacing 152 units demolished in a pinui-binui project.
Haetzel Complex, Rehovot: Approx. 375 units in 3, 26 story buildings, replacing 100 units in 6 buildings which will be demolished in a pinui-binui project.
HaAyin Complex, Rambam Hill, Givatayim: 4, 10-story buildings, will be built upon 10,000 sq.m, in addition to a 45 story residence tower with 660 apartments and public and commerce areas, which will replace 19 buildings with 260 residential units. This pinui binui project is planned by Kika Braz, with “Foster + Partners”, led by the prize-winning architect Norman Robert Foster.
11 and 13 Antigonus, Tel Aviv: near Milano square, Tel Aviv port, Ibn Gvirol st., the Group is currently constructing 2, 8 story boutique buildings with 44 units.
22 Bloch, Tel Aviv: At the center of the city, the Group is constructing a 7 story architecturally designed boutique building above a ground floor, with 21 units.
Shlomo HaMelech G Complex, Lod: Over 300 units in 2 residential towers and 3 boutique buildings.
Givat Shmuel, At HaNasi Complex: 165 units will be constructed in 2 buildings - a 9 story building and a 25 story tower. A commercial floor at ground level upon 760 sq.m. and an underground parking lot.
Elad: A unique project that combines residence and commerce, 3, 96-unit buildings, and approx. 700 sq.m. of commerce.
