Levinstein Group

Levinstein Group began its way in 1945 by the late Mr. Meshulam Levinstein, one of Israel’s first civil engineers. The Group is nowadays one of Israel’s leading construction and development groups. The Group’s operations include the initiation, construction and development of commercial, hotel, industrial, office and residential projects, including urban renewal projects in which the Company is considered one of the market leaders. In 1970, Meshulam Levinstein’s son, Civil Engineer Shaul Lotan, joined the Group and has been serving as its CEO since 1983. In 1982 Levinstein went public and was listed on the TASE. The Group has been operating for over 75 years, benefitting from financial strength and a constant increase in its operations and asset worth. The Group has accumulated and maintains an outstanding reputation and is committed to providing its customers with quality work while meeting the highest standards and agreed schedules. Over the decades, the Group has constructed many of Israel’s best-known projects, including leading office towers, residential neighborhoods, public and government projects, medical centers, cultural centers for municipalities, hotels and more. In 2017, the Group established Levinstein Nativ Engineering and Construction Ltd., strengthening its execution capabilities, including the Spirala Tower, which will rise to a height of 350 metres, the ICON Tower in Ramat Gan and others.

Levinstein Properties

The Group is also active in income-producing real estate, including the initiation, construction, leasing and management of such properties. Rental income from these assets serves as a solid financial basis for stable cash flow.

Main Income-Producing Properties

Levinstein Tower, Tel Aviv: A 33-story tower with approximately 34,000 sq.m. of office space. The Group owns approximately 14,500 sq.m., which is leased to Bank Hapoalim’s Business Division, embassy, high-tech companies, law firms and others.
Discount Tower, Tel Aviv: A 31-story tower with approximately 32,000 sq.m. The Group’s floors, totalling approximately 8,400 sq.m., are leased to embassy, high-tech companies, investment firms, law offices and others.
Yokneam High-Tech Park: A 26,000 sq.m. building, 50% of which is held by the Group. The building houses the headquarters of Biosense, part of Johnson & Johnson, as well as law firms, high-tech companies and others.
Atrium, Modi’in: The Group holds a 50% ownership stake in the Atrium project, comprising approximately 8,000 sq.m., located in the heart of Modi’in’s new industrial area.
Levintech, Kfar Saba HaYeruka: A nine-story commercial and office complex comprising approximately 10,000 sq.m., above an underground parking facility with approximately 200 parking spaces.
Levinstein Clal Be’er Sheva: A joint venture with Clal Insurance and Finance comprising approximately 31,000 sq.m. of office and commercial space. The project includes a 19-story tower with rental offices, a building designated for use by the Be’er Sheva Municipality, and an additional parking structure.
Levinstein Lasser, Pardesia: A joint venture with Lasser comprising a logistics and storage facility of approximately 15,000 sq.m., including one of the largest and most advanced egg sorting and distribution centres in Israel.
Netanya: Levinstein, in partnership with NED, is constructing the Alpha Campus in Netanya. This project represents the most innovative and advanced data center campus in Israel and one of the largest currently under construction, with a power capacity of 42 megawatts.

Residential Projects

The Group initiates and constructs hundreds of new residential units across Israel every year, ranging from privately owned land and Israel Land Authority tenders, including both regular tracks and Mehir Lamishtaken programmes, to urban renewal and Pinui-Binui projects, from single buildings to complexes comprising hundreds of housing units. The Group is involved in the advancement of more than 10,250 residential units.

Among the Group’s projects:

Sde Dov: In partnership with Allied Real Estate and Mivne, the Group is developing the “Zohi Tel Aviv” project in the most sought-after areas in the district near the park and the sea. The project includes approximately 230 residential units, a commercial floor and a large urban garden.
Jaffa, Tel Aviv: In partnership with Elad Residences and Z. Hammerman, Levinstein is developing a unique project comprising commercial space and approximately 630 residential units.
Old Central Bus Station Complex, Tel Aviv: Levinstein Group and Shikun & Binui Real Estate are jointly leading the establishment of a new urban district on the site of the former Tel Aviv Central Bus Station. The district is expected to become one of the city’s most significant and sought-after destinations. It will combine residential, employment, commercial and cultural uses and benefit from convenient access to major transportation routes and the Light Rail lines. The district will also feature a cultural square and the new home of the Batsheva Dance Company. Phase A is expected to include approximately 75,000 sq.m. of office and commercial space and approximately 600 residential units.
Givat Shmuel: In the Ramat Hadar neighbourhood, the Group is constructing approximately 165 new apartments in two buildings: a nine-story boutique building and a 24-story tower, with ground-floor retail and underground parking. The project includes secure-room suites.
HaEtzel Complex, Rehovot: Approximately 375 new residential units in three towers ranging from 19 to 27 stories and a nine-story boutique building, replacing 100 residential to be demolished as part of a Pinui-Binui project.
Levinstein Neve Avivim, Tel Aviv: A new residential project at 3-9 Ha’Amoraim Street in Ramat Aviv, comprising 132 residential units in four eight-story buildings with carefully planned architecture.
HaTzuk Towers, Netanya: 218 residential units in two towers developed by Levinstein and Magil, one rising to 31 stories and the other to 26 stories. The buildings were constructed using a unique method that provides improved acoustic and thermal insulation and efficient treatment and prevention of water damage.
Poalei HaNamal Complex, Tel Aviv: In partnership with Bayit VeGag, Levinstein will develop approximately 427 residential units in seven new nine-story buildings on Ibn Gabirol Street, replacing 154 residential units that will be demolished.
CONNECT, Herzliya / Ramat HaSharon Junction: In partnership with Yam Suf, Levinstein will develop approximately 662 residential units and approximately 5,000 sq.m. of commercial space in three 25-story towers and several additional low-rise buildings, replacing 224 existing residential units as part of a Pinui-Binui project.
Tel Mond: In partnership with Virtue, Levinstein will develop Approximately 570 new residential units in nine 10-story buildings, replacing 152 residential units that will be demolished.
HaAyin Complex, Rambam Hill, Givatayim: A project covering approximately 10 dunams that will include four 10-story buildings and one 45-story tower with approximately 660 apartments, commercial space and public facilities, replacing 19 buildings comprising 260 residential units. The project is being designed by Kika Braz in collaboration with Foster + Partners, led by the award-winning architect Norman Robert Foster.
Elad: A project comprising three buildings with 96 residential units.
Tchernichovsky Complex, Jerusalem: A 3.5-dunam site designated for the construction of three boutique buildings of 10-12 stories, comprising approximately 130 residential units and approximately 300 sq.m. of commercial space.
Levinstein Kikar HaMedina: A seven-story boutique building comprising 26 new residential units.  Additional projects are located in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Holon, Be’er Sheva, Ramat Gan, Lod and other cities throughout Israel.
