Israel’s leading real estate development and urban renewal company, with longstanding experience in developing, planning and building entire residential neighborhoods, rental residences, yielding properties and student dormitories. The company owns land for the construction of about 16,500 residential units and it also leads the Israel urban renewal segment with more than 28,000 units at various planning stages across Israel. The company also leads the long-term rentals segment, with a portfolio of more than 2,000 units. Shikun & Binui Solel Boneh
Solel Boneh is Israel’s oldest, largest and leading construction execution company, with more than a century of operations and Unlimited contractor classifications.
