Selected Cases

Our firm successfully represented a public partnership in a complex case involving the departure of the CEO and another executive who attempted to establish a competing private partnership and solicit the public partnership’s investors. We collaborated closely with the partnership’s general partners and board of directors, engaging in intensive hearings and prolonged negotiations. Ultimately, we secured a confidential separation agreement, preventing years of litigation and safeguarding the rights of the public partnership and its investors.

In another case, we represented the founder and CEO of a global high-tech company with six subsidiaries, who faced dismissal after unveiling misconduct by the chairman of the board. Despite the challenges, our firm successfully negotiated a separation agreement for the CEO, including compensation exceeding 20 months’ salary, ensuring a respectful and gradual exit.

We also represented a global company with an Israeli subsidiary in a significant lawsuit filed by its former CEO over an alleged wrongful dismissal. Working closely with the company’s management and the board of the parent company based in England, we managed to de-escalate the conflict and reach a settlement that was substantially less than the initial claim.
